We had a zeenext broadband connection (Aswhat Nagar), which was regularly out order for a week or a few days. That is very disturbing if you need to assess daily mails and use internet daily for for information and communication.
When I called customer service, they informed me time and again about another cable problem and promised to get it done on the day or within a few hours. They would call me back on my request. It happened in an exceptional case after repeated calling.
Reality: promises have no meaning, customer service does not show any care, they do not call back and the connection was regularly out of order for a week or several days. Very disturbing, so we have given up and switched to another provider.When they called to renew the subscription I informed them. Not any question or sign of care. Well, Zeenext really needs to change if they want to keep customers.
