We had heard a lot about this restaurant, and eagerly wanted to visit it.When we called for the reservation, the front guy brushed us off and told us to call the manager for the same.before we could speak to the manager, we wanted to get some more info on the place, but the front office person refused to tell us anything - saying that his job was just to receive the guests.i wondered why he was answering the phone in the first place.
We then dialed the manager, who turned out to be the rudest restaurant-manager we have ever spoken to.he somehow felt that we were not worthy of the place and reminded us again and again that the place on Friday night was full.and that even with reservation, he was not sure if we would get a table.finally, he assumed that we knew nothing about the Spanish food, when we asked him about the veg menu, and told us that we'would not understand anything' even if we told us the menu.he also treated us like illiterates by saying that'we can look at the menu and understand the dish'.
The whole experience reminded us of Haryanvi arrogance and rudeness and it felt like we were in Haryana again.!
Rest assured that this episode will be relayed to all our friends who are thinking of going there.I am sure the food is nice, but with this attitude, the food counts to nothing.
