His All. . I had a terrible experience. . I went to exchange something. . A gift from my frens. .they denied to exchange it cos I was two days late. Very bad experience. M never shopping there ever. I told the manager that due to an emergency I cud not come on time but he was least bothered. He said rules r rules. Disgusted.
