From my childhood me and my parents are using zandu balm ayurvedic medicine. The old balm was used only for bodyache but its improvised version is also used for cold and headache.My health is susceptible to more cold.So whenever I travell for a long trip for lesiure or work purpose, I always keep this balm with me and has reduced the usage of antibiotic when I get cold.
