Story:

I am reader of fiction books, but when I got my hans on The Alchemist I thought why havent I read all this while. So like I always do I read quite a few books of this author. But to be honest I was quite disappointed by this book.

The story is very interesting in the beginning,it is an story about an author whose wife leaves him and goes without any trace. At first it doesn't bother him but then he later realise that his wife has left for an man half his age. This starts bothering him,he finally meets this guy and he comes to know the real reason .The rest of the story is how he finds his wife.

Though the plot sounds interesting, the story goes hay wire in between the author has gone too much in detail about this other guy which I feel was un needed, the romance part is also very dull. The main character is also lost somewhere, the story revolves between these three character but yet there are too many unwanted people in between.

I was very disappointed as the story was dragged.I was too impressed by this author his book veronica decides to die is an excellent book,it is an story about second chance,The alchemist was too good I dont need to tell about this one,but this one I must say is an disappointment

Finally those who have nothing to read yet want read something then go for this one ,but at your own risk
