Let me first say that there were 10 ppl total watching yuvraaj and they were ALL south indians interesting coincidence I guess

Dostana also still playing had about 50ppl in the theater I went over myself and checked it out.

On wid the review.

Yuvraaj is a film of what could have been, what should have been what may have been. As a product its incomplete in too many aspects to list. The script is nothing new this story has been done before. Worse yet is the script has more holes than rice strainer at temple.

When u have the names AR Rahman, Subhashi Ghai, salman khan, anil kapoor u want to write a review heaping praises on one and all but if you have even a tiny conscience its impossible thing to do. The greatest upside to the film is the music thank you AR sir. Song visualizations are top notch for most part. The scenery of Austria is fabulous. Screenplay is horrible. We see this too often where u have the right elements, story and cast yet the final product is extremely flawed. You wudnt expect this with a veteran like ghai but alas he failed miserably.

The film start had me worried abit I kept glancing around the theater. The film progressed in a half decent manner and made some sense. Pre interval doesnt hold your interest too much. The music is gr8. Post interval the film picks up pace and gets abit better and u started to forget about the lackluster first half when out of the blue u see written on your screen "directed by subhashi ghai" I was abit confused at first it took me about 30 secs to realize the film had ended. To think they have the time to make a video highlighting everyone involved in making the film but they lacked the time to watch the film just ONCE before release is amazing to me. For sure ANY person who viewed this film wud tell u the climax is abrupt and infact there was no climax it was MISSING.

Performances -

Katrina - did her part well which wasnt much of a part anyways. Looked stunning.

Mithun - very scary lol but did his job well

Boman - wonderful acting to think this guy was Mr M in dostana and now he is Dr Banton shows his versatility too gud.

Zayed - decent nothing to write home about had a stupid role anyways

Anil kapoor - had the BEST role and delivered accordingly. Gr8 performance

Salman khan - half baked in first half of film, better in second half but nothing close to what he is capable of

Sukumna chick - hot babe needs to be shagged lolz

Very very weak script. The whole marriage contract is beyond stupid and makes ZERO sense

The CLIMAX. The worst fuckkking climax in history of cinema in any country. WTFKKKK was this? Is this suppose to be a suprise joke for the viewers? All 10 ppl in the theater got up and looked around like ummm wat did I miss? Absolutely ridiculous mainly bcoz it was non existent. The major part of the script is salu trying to marry katrina and u dont even show resolution of this matter??? U dont even show all 3 brothers in one frame in climax??? Subashi ghai has lost his marbles. And to add insult to injury he spends 10 mins showing a video of everyone who made the film???? Honestly u make such a video when u are proud of a film, when u have made a gr8 film this is a joke on himself apparently he doesnt care.

And when anil has weak pulse the dude said looks like he has been poisoned? Wtfkkk he is psychic? And before they cud figure out wat poision zayed already called the cops? And anil is autistic but sometimes he seems smarter than everyone else wtfkkkk plz control the character properly he cannot be superhero and autistic at same time. Thats how u feel about the film when its over.

The film isn't worth watching I promise u save ur money and time. The film started off half decent then luk abit promising in second half only to have it ended in a laughable way. Complete RUBBISH. Why in gods name salman khan read these scripts and sign on no one knows.

Let me say I wanted to LIKE this film and I TRIED to like it I pushed myself to laugh and try to get absorb in the story but what can I say, I never stood a chance this film had so many things working against me I just cudnt like it no matter how hard I tried.
