Out of form. Review on Yuvvraaj Songs

I am a big fan of rehman bhai, gulzaar ji but that doesnt mean I have to praise them even when they give us such an ordinary album like this.

"main hoon yuvvraaj" now who will tell salman to improve his accent he sounds like non-indian everytime.[now you got to know who is to blame for katrina's bad hindi accent;-)]

"meri dost hai" now that's real rehman for you , beautifully penned by gulzar ji , bang on target bull's eye 10/10 .one of the best song of this year.rehman has a habit of introducing new singer almost in his every album so the debut of benny dayal is well supported by shreya and rehman.

"shano shano" now what was that? Rehman tried hard to made this one work lot of his usual sound effect and beats but you cant just turn a bad product into good one by make up, almost 5-6 singer that too with sonu nigam, even sonu coudnt able to save this one.not worth 2nd hearing.

"tu muskura "works not like "meri dost" but still a good one can grow on you by hearing it often thanks to gulzar ji to make that possible.a saving grace to the album surely and relax your mind after disturbing"shano shano".

Now was sonu nigam sleeping befor signing this album? Every single bad number comes from his mouth in this album , he claims to do few works to improve quality of his work but that doesnt mean the name of rehman .if he continues like this one his clones will surely take over him."mastam mastam" just doesnt make any sense better to skip it

"zindgi "is a sad song not a potential of rehman's sad song but still can give it to rehman & not to forget gulzar ji.

"dil ka rishta" after so may lul moments here comes another masterpiece of the album and thankfully sonu finds a place in a crowd of 6-7 singers but a prominent one he shows what he is capable of , another winner from rehman .

"manmohini morey" is good one but could be better if rehman had not used the constant"annoying" background beats, he could have used the flutes and indian instrument instead of western one .but that doesnt make this a bad number , but its too short , if it wasof 5-6 minutes then it would be very effective.

"shano remix" doesnt do wonder a total time waste number.

At last I an conclude that "yuvvraaj" is an ordinary album which is very rare from rehman. Saving grace of the album are"meri dost", "dil ka rishta" , tu muskura", apart from that a good 1 in manmohini (short & sweet) it happens sachin cant make century in each innings so I am sure the next album from rehman will be good one, best of luck for that,
