I strictly believe in buying phone as per the usage and not spending too much on it, because you are anyways going to change it in 2 years or so. So, after a lot of research, I finally decided to buy Yu Yureka. Though, I prefer only phones from HTC, Samsung and Motorola because of the brand image or may be service ease. This time, I decided to take a chance and I wasn't wrong with the purchase decision.
Bought this one from Amazon and the shipping was fast. The moment I got my hands on it, first reaction was - It feels so light and the rubber back gives a good grip. Here are a few things I absolutely love about Yureka:
Touch screen - Highly responsive
Speed - Way too good
Battery - Decent but not when you are using Internet
Camera quality - Pretty good but can be better
Voice quality - Decent
Display - If there was a word better than clear to describe
What I don't like:
I am not sure if this is a Network issue or problem with the phone but there are times when I am unable to make a call or receive any call. Also, people are unable to call me but signals do come at that time. When I restart the phone, it's gone. I will get it checked because there are already some network issues in the region where I live.
The gallery shows folders in tiles form and at times it gets a bit difficult to look for the particular folder in the section.
Overall, this phone is a value for money. Provided, it works fine for the next two years without giving any problem.
Those who are confused between Motorola, Micromax and HTC - I would say go for Yureka.
