What kind of service are you actually providing to your customers?
I bought Yu Yureka in February this year, and the charging point at the device stopped working recently. So I called the customer care number and asked for the service.
Then I got to know that they don't have any service centers actually. But they have promised doorstep service. So I registered my complaint to the customer care.
Now, almost 15-20 days have passed, and I am just getting emails from the customer care saying try this and try that. What is actually happening is that they are just providing mail to mail service and no person will come to your door to check the phone. They are even asking me to click a photo of the charging point and send it in mail.
Do you guys think we are fools? Can a hardware problem be solved through mail? If yes then I challenge you to repair my phone through mail.Lastly, I will say that Yureka is providing the worst customer service I have ever seen.
