I am customer of you telecom since last 1 year.I was using unlimited plan. I had made more then 2 or 3 complaint in every month because it gets offline anytime whenever I need most.
and they dont provide dedicated download speed . you dont get full download speed never.when I call customer care center they told we provide only 80 percent of total speed.so its mean they are making fools to customer. now I am switch to another ISP. and also would like to suggest dont use youtelecom services.
