I myself been a customer of You Broadband since last 2 yrs in Jayanagar 9th block Bangalore region and I can tell you the speed they provide is not at all satisfactory although its OK. However the worst part is if the cable line is broken somewhere; they take their own time to fix it and they do not give you any service credit for the same. Ultimately when I applied for disconnection and they took my modem even after 45 days they failed to refund your security deposit.
Here some of the contact nos. I used for YOU BROADBAND but they were of no help. Although they promptly give you a call to pay the bill but to provide the service never they call you.
