I had opted for 3 months 15 Mbps connection with YOU broadband with Rs 3000 in Oct 2013. They promised connection would be given in 2 days but even after 4 days no connection was given. Sales agents and technical support teams did not even bothered to receive calls after continuous complaints. Once connection was given the actual download speed is 0.5 Mbps.
Customer care of YOU broadband is insensitive to this and just makes false promises. These guys are cheaters. They are not even ready to refund the amount if connection is to be cancelled. Taking net connection with YOU broadband is worst nightmare for me. Attached is the screenshot from speed test.
