After a week continuous call from the sales guy.last month I applied for YOU Broadband subscription for a sum of Rs. 3, 088 for a period of three months. Got the connection on 20th May 2015 but from 23rd there is no service. Since then I have been calling their customer care support, more or less, on daily basis. First five day, I requested to resolve the issue but there has been no help or update from them.
Since 2nd June, I have been asking them to re-turn my money which was paid upfront as per their business requirement. They keep promising to call me back with cancellation process but it’s been total 12 days now I have no relief on this. And the sales guy now does not even answer my calls.
I have lodged complaint against them. All I can say is stay away from them.
