you have to warn me in advance. the opportunity of eating a meal at yoko's doesn't come by everyday. so you have to treat it with reverence. maybe even skip lunch at home, if you're going there dinner (generous portions!!!) . you're probably beginning to understand how much I like the place...well, let me start gushing. these guys make the most heavenly sizzlers. they're not just boiled and piled onto a plate. they are put in the right places on the sizzler dish. it's almost as if god had decreed that the greens would adorn the sides and the cutlets would crown the rice. your hands work inward, but before the mouth can even begin the eyes do a salivating of their own.
i keep glancing anxiously at the kitchen door...hating everyone whose treat arrives before mine.
after agonising minutes, my food arrives. mushrooms in garlic sauce. everyone I have ever visited the place with has a favourite sizzler...and they keep going back to it. guess that speaks for the great quality of the food!
i know i'm sounding like a hired PR agent , so here's a few observations that'll convince you i'm not. IT IS a lil cramped, and if u're planning to go on a sunday, go early or be prepared to wait.
the food, however, more than makes up for these glitches...so go ahead...you won't regret anything...other than your absolute and unashamed gluttonry...hehe...
