What’s wrong with this place anyway? Yokos used to be such a well maintained, clean and classy restaurant but they have slacked majorly.
Yokos is or rather was famous for its continental cuisine and more specifically its sizzlers. I have visited many branches of Yokos in the past and have never been disappointed. After a long time, I returned to the Andheri(Oshiwara) branch and soon as I opened the door I was shocked. The place looks like a dump. It is now a shabbier version of what once was a decent restaurant. The paint is peeling off and there are wet patches on the walls which is not a very appetizing view.
I ordered my usual Kentucky Chicken sizzlers. Hoping that the quality of food has not degraded like the interiors of the restaurant. I was highly disappointed. The chicken breast was rubbery and vegetables served with it very soggy. Earlier they used to serves a couple of vegetables along with the chicken but this time all I found on the sizzling plate were soggy cabbage leaves and over cooked beans. The fries were burnt to the point that they looked dark brown.
Very, very disappointed.
