Hello friends, I am sharing my experience with yes bank I have been customer of yes bank since 2013.
Banking with YES bank gives immense pleasure. As they providing pleasing service when ever I visit the branch. My last visit to the branch was during this demonetization phase for exchanging the currency notes I had got wonderful service from them in short pleased to Bank with them.
Phone banking feature is pretty good and easy for everyone, ATM services also better its ATMs are situated in many cities and rural areas as well. Its androide application also veru useful which through you can access internet banking very well.
Customer service via phone call are very awesome because I mostly use and talk their customer support executives for the queries.
