I feel this review is:
Yes bank is not a customer worthy bank. I had an account with this bank. I closed it last year because of suffering with many issues. I tell you how:
Once I made transaction on freecharge but it was cancelled and account was debited. Even after getting message from freecharge that you refund is initiated, the bank didn't get any response from freecharge. I talked to the branch manager, but he simply said we don't know anything.
Once my netbanking was locked. I called to customer care but they were not able to solve my problem. Even they do not have hindi assistant and was just tossing matter. Then I went to the brand, nobody was there to whom I can explain my issue about netbanking. They were suggesting to fill new request for netbanking.
Customer services are not worthy. I don't recommend to open account in Yes bank.
