Completely useless bank, no one to take complaints. No solutions, no satisfactory answer. Suffering for more than two months to use net banking services outside India. and they are saying it cannot be done without OTP.
Their feedback system is not accepting complaints. The IVR system understands everything except complaints. Surprisingly if it cannot recognize a voice command it says it did not understand. But in case of complaints, it simply says it did not understood and terminates the link.
