Yepme which is know for it's offers has given a real bitter experience one with the customer service and the other with the replacement.
One with the customer service everytime that I have called them I have waited for atleast 15 mins on hold. This itself shows that how busy they are doing their Sales and not bothered about the customer service at all.
Second if I asked for a replacement they expect me to ship the product back. How worst can it be when a customer is trusting online shopping. I feel Amazon is much much better in this case. Had an Amazing experience from them where customer service is their priority.
Guys please never buy from Yepme.
