I bought a pair of wedges from yep me, which didn't fit me and I returned them via a courier as they had asked for.(So not only do they not have a reverse pick up, they do not attend the customercare no.) since they did not refund the money I kept trying their customer care no. which is such a hoax as u never get through. They will put u on hold and the computerized voice will keep telling you that there are so and so no. of customers before you in queue and the avg holding time is 14.- mins or so . I called up umpteen times and got the same response after holding for even 15 mins . the last msg- being there is 1 caller before you with an avg waiting time of 2.07 mins. It never reduced there on and I never reached an exec. so no resolution of the prob. BEWARE of such frauds.
