Bad quality of product and service by Yepme.com. Review on Yepme

One day as I was watching television and saw advertisement of Yepme.com and decided to visit the website and sawed some categories of product.

As I choose this website because of interesting products on the website

So I decided to buy a watch and shoes from this website and bought the watch and shoes so after checkout I got the delivery date which was up to 7 working days so this disappointed me at the time and it took around 6 days to the both of product to get delivered to me.

The packaging of the watch was not good and due to this my watch glass was shattered and the one of  wrist strap of watch was also separated from the watch.This made me feeling disappointed and sad.

So I also check my  shoes which I had been order so the shoes were also not in shape as they were smashed up by the pressure and packaging of shoes were also not good.

So I decided to return the products and get my cash back.

So I contacted customer service of yepme to return and give them the feedback of their quality control so they said that they cannot refund the money but they can give only the yepme gift card .

so this disappointed me but then also I requested to give me cash but the customer care said that they cannot give cash back due to  their terms & policy.

The online experience when using the yepme was bad and the quality control of the product was cheap and low.

I did not like the shopping experience, as the do not refund my money back in cash but they were giving me gift card which I did not want.

As this was the worst aspects of this website faced by me.

So guys I have shared my real life experience with you.
