Yepme is horrible shopping portal to say the least. I have placed an order and it was delivered. The order was not upto the mark and it needed a reverse pick up. I requested them and they did the pickup after 2 days of reminding them. When I asked how the refund will come they said it 2-3 weeks. Such a contrast to others. Flipkart refunds in few hours and so are others.
After 5 days I wanted to know the status through twitter. First they said its been processed and it will come to bank in 4-5 days. I drop a mail to cross check and they said it will be processed when the consignment is received by them. I show them the screen shot and they do a U turn and said it will be done in 4- days. in two hours they send me 5 mails with different version.
The last mail says as special case I will get the refund in 4-5 days. But I will continue to bother them and tweet them till I get so.
Avoid YEPME is you don't need any headache.
