I am here to share you a experience or incident occur while shopping from yep me.
First of all, yepme has not been shopped by me usually I mean least shopped online market in my preference.
But even after, there is very positive experience I had with yep me.
Once I ordered the very cheap pair of shoes of its own brand ( yep me) it was in sale and cost >250 and by mistakenly delivered me the wrong size inactual with correct size number label pasted on it. But obvious I made a complaint to customer service.
And they said we will deliver you the correct size shoes withing 2 3 daysi was like ok and I retaliated and asked when will you do return pick up and they said sir keep that wrong shoes with you only, it was our mistake and apologise for it.
I was like balle yeh toh kamaal hogya.i was so happy and I gifted that wrong size shoes to my father which was of his size and made my father happy too.
I like the way they apologose their mistake and admitted it
Customer service was very very superb. But product quality is very run- of-the- mill type but according to its reasonable price range it has compatible choice among customer.
If you find any low quality product no doubt it price would also be cheap even.
I never exploited by yepme.i had 10 to 12 orders till now.experience was good but I shall not say excellent.
