I have placed a order of Biker jacket on 12/11/13 with order no.4095676. When the order was placed I got a sms saying that the product would be delivered in 2-4 days. But till date the YEPME team either the customer care or the call centre has no clue about the order and I am told to call up every day and I get the same reply'please wait for another 24hrs to 48hrs'.
Amazingly the site does not allow the user to cancel the order since the dispatch is pending. Another amazing feature of the site is that it does not allow the feedback to be posted. I made a online transaction using a credit card and the same transaction has been verified by them ie they ensure that the money does get credited into their account but there after are not bothered about the delivery. I request all the online shoppers to be absolutely careful and infact discourage them from buying anything on this site. Here is sample of their customer care reply

The same story has been going round and round for the past 4 days and added cost of Rs.100/- phone bill. Anyone venturing to buy on this site are welcome to do so at their own risk
