Most awful experience. Yepme is the worst site for shopping online, with fake policies and with fake staff. The customer care executives merely provide false assurances and deceit customers. The merchant itself never follows its policy. It just knows how to steal and rob money from innocent pockets.Terrible it is.
My amount in respect of order id - 31131669 has not been refunded yet. More than a month has passed since the quality check was duly completed. Upon calling yepme customer care it is always ASSURED that the money will be refunded within 2 days of the call, GUARANTEED.
