I had ordered a pair of denims on 11/04/2016 worth Rs 897 I got the product on 22/04/2016 but to my utter surprise I got the wrong size.
Then according to the 30 days return policy I decided to return the product so for that I lodged a complaint on 02/05/2016 and they revert to me by sending a message asking to return the product within 14 days of filing the complaint or else my money won't be refunded . I sent the product through first flight courier services on 06-05-2016( courier charges Rs 300) .
Till now I didn't even get a singe message or mail from them regarding the refund process. Earlier I have given a complaint regarding this product on 24-05-2016 but I didn't get any response. I have tried to call a hundred times on the toll free no displayed on their site but I don't know for what reason the call did not connect, atleast you should provide such a number where people can connect with you.
I haven't received a single penny as a refund. Highly disappointed with yepme. Didn't expect this kind of service at all.
