I had ordered a pair of blue shoes via order number 2270353.
They shipped the wrong product & the delivery guy forced me to pay before I could even see the product. Later he denied changing the product & asked me to register a complaint which is under processing now - yet to see if they get me the right thing. I fail to understand how can they deliver a green/ blue shoe pair when the order clearly mentions BLUE casual shoes.
Either the staff is color blind(part of the CSR initiative perhaps!) or they just dont want to lose customers due to out of stock situations. So the smart strategy is to ship whatever they feel like and not replace it later. I have seen complaints where people have even couriered the product back at their own expense(coz Yepme promises to return the courier charges along with the correct product) and later have received nothing at all - product & the courier money is just gone dude!
Probably just selling the same product N times.some great BA putting on those business rules!
