Ordered products from yepme. its was prepaid order of rs2500, order sent from delhivery which is one of the worst courier company, The order came after 4-5 days rather then delivering the product courier guy asked for money, I told him it is prepaid, but he said COD is written on parcel. I checked and it was written COD amt 0 rs. he said he will confirm and bring back the parcel next day, but he never came back. In next 10 days I called more than 5 times and they reassured every time that you will receive parcel in next 24 hours, thn on 12 th day the tracking status stated the parcel is returned to source and reason for not delivering is incomplete address. after asking for refund they said you will get your voucher in a week. and 2 weeks went by, after that repeatedly calling and complaints. every time they said 24 to 48 hours and another week passed. and as of now more thn a month has passed and I am given a new 48 hour deadline.
