I ordered few products with Yepme and partially returned the ordered. There started my ordeal with Yepme.
The returned goods reached you guys on 29th April although you guys said it was verified on 2nd May,
Issue number 1 - Coupon which covers the shipping cost
Call 1 - 2nd May - I was informed I will receive in a day
Call 2 - 3rd May - I was informed I will receive in 5-7 days
Call 3 - 10th May - I was informed I will certainly receive it in 2-3 days
Call 4 - 13th May - I was informed I will receive in 5-7 days.
I haven't received the coupon yet. Its a coupon code which takes just few seconds to generate. I dont understand why it was delayed to this extent. I felt literally like begging for the coupon which I rightfully deserved. The call charge in itself cost me 50 bucks or so
Issue number 2 - Refund of the money for returned items.
I was informed I will receive it in 20 days which in itself is obnoxious waiting time. I haven't received the money yet. That's icing on the cake.
Guys I am not asking for your money. This is my hard earned money. Guess what you can have the money. I cant run behind you guys calling every time. Consider this as my donation and use it as you deem. I believe every business needs some ethics and customer commitments, let alone customer satisfaction. Sorry to say this is by far the worse experience shopping online. You have made my day
