Shopping with yepme has been my worst online shopping experience ever! They come up with unbelievable prices and trick customers into ordering them, once ordered the product is never delivered nor you get a refund. I ordered a pair of casual shoes for 499.
After a week of order I get a mail from yepme that the product is out of stock and asks for a time extension, also a link was provided for claiming refund and voila! the link never works. I raise a complaint by sending a e-mail and a complaint is registered, (complaint number 223361) after which there was no communication from yepme , I call the customer care and you have to wait for eternity and yet no excutive answers your call. So I sent a second email and here is the reply I get.

Yepme Customer Care"* with no details provided what the resolution was, all calls to the customer care have gone futile, I have just lost Rs.499 to yepme and no signs of a refund or the shoes that I had ordered. I strongly ask people not to shop here.
