Very bad quality products/lack of customer support. Review on Yepme

I have never thought of writing a review about Yepme products. But after a very bad experience with their low grade product made me make aware other buyers. I have ordered Yepme premium sports shoes, white in color. Order ID:10262411(2014-08-25 12:28:00). I had paid Rs.899 as per price and as it was looking good in the pic which was not in actual, I took the chance to pay Rs.100 more as shipping charge(which is very high compared to other online shopping websites). When it was delivered, I found that the package was damaged and when unboxed it, I was surprised to see that the same shoes were of Rs.399 in a physical shoes store near to my home. And I was literally been frauded by this Yepme online store. They took Rs.999 including shipping charge for the shoes which was worth just Rs.399 in a physical store. I have tried to call them directly on their customer care number mentioned on their website 011-66372424, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM(7 Days a week) There was no response. Every time the line was busy. I didn't want to go through email complaint because as per my experience they rarely reply to email. But with no option left I have mailed them many times, And finally got reply that we can not give you the refund but they can exchange the product, They can give another pair of shoes instead of the one I have ordered. But I have to pay shipping charge Rs.100 again. Who gonna pay Rs. 100 more even after paying Rs.999 for fake, bad quality product and after knowing it's not trustworthy. I had replied that I am not gonna pay any other amount you only need to send me a new pair of shoes. Then there was no reply till today.

This was one of the very bad experience I had for online shopping. I would like to say you be aware of this kind of fraud online store and fake products. Do not get cheated by the attractive pics they keep on the website. It looks good in the pic but in actuality its just worthless and waste of money.
