Dear readers,
I am sharing my personal indecent with all of you.Actually before a few month I order a pair of shoes from YEPMEE and they deduct my balance through net banking but after a fortnight they mail me that they are unable to dispatch my product due to quality problem and I also agreed for that type of possibilities.
But when I once again ordered same pair of shoes this month they again used my coupon price and successfully agreed to give me shoes buttttttt? What happened you know they once again rejected my order when I call them for late delivery and this time also the same reason told by them so I want to ask a few questions from all of you:
1.Is this a simple case of cheating with customer?
2.Why they were not prepared for timely deliverer the product?
3 What is their customer satisfaction policy?
