I bought something from this site and was told that it would be delivered on a particular date. Since I didnt receive anything, nor any calls or mails or text from them, I checked on their website and it says, my shipment was returned.
They or their courier company have not contacted me at all, about why the product was not delivered or returned, nor have there been any attempts to refund my money.
Now the worst part is, there is no way you can write to them a proper complaint. There is no email published. In their site, when you select - complaints about placed orders - it will ask for order number and once you give that, it will say your order is returned and you must call them - an STD call, but you cant even write this to them on their website.
Absolutely, as someone told me, this seems like a good way to earn some money for floating capital for a short period. In addition you are bombarded with their terrible text messages.
Please be careful with these people.
