I had ordered 2 pair of shoes of same size, one of which was a perfect fit but the second one was not entering my feet despite the same size no. First of all to order the product, the online buying option was not working, to order the product, I had to wait for 37 minutes, and at several other calls I made to know about the status of the order I had to wait for 26, 29 & 32 minutes respectively. I had returned the shoes to the specified address and the courier service company status says its delivered. however, I receive a message that you haven't sent the shoes back.
And I am waiting on call since last 49 minutes to reach the customer service representative but there is noone to talk and since lst 30 minutes its saying same message" there is one message in queue with average hold time of 1 minutes 55 seconds". Whatever I would have saved on buying the shoes, three times than that I have spent on calling them for the order status and other enquiries.
Neither do they value customers time nor money. Moreover, to increase their sales they do not arrange a return from their side but they ask the customer to send them the courier back and instead of returning the courier charges, they again give the coupons instead.
Pathetic service. Pathetic website. Shame on customer service of YEPME.com
I AM NEVER GONNA BUY anything from YEPME again.
