Yepme is one of the worst online ventures which in no way are bothered about customer satisfaction. Products offered are of low quality and many times defective. Refund policy is worst and a lot of follow up is required. I had purchased few items in the month of December 2014.
I am yet to receive the refund for the item returned. In fact, initially company even refused to acknowledge the receipt of product. I had to arrange for the copy of acknowledgement from Courier Company where I was able to prove that yepme employee had received the product. Even though it was a small amount, I followed it up usually once a week.
Today almost three months are over and they are still processing the refund. Every time I call to hear a different excuse. Over a period of time they have given different complaint no’s but have not tried to solve it. Compaint No’s are 1217024, 1313291 and 1353993.
