Dear friends its pravardh mysuru here im writing review regarding yempe.com for special offer to loose your currency by calling yepme customer care people one of the low quality selling product with huge discounts, worst packing system, worst aishwaryasingh23ment gate way services as i experience
Last month i purchased casual shoes and made aishwaryasingh23ment through debit card, aishwaryasingh23ment gate shows your aishwaryasingh23ment was not successful please try again. I tried again but amount was deducted from my bank account, because of double aishwaryasingh23ment i cancelled one of the order with in 5min and the ordered number 30910694 dated 25/04/2016 was cancelled successfully i thanked myself that i cancelled one of the order.
But i didnot received any email regarding my cancellation of the order and refunding procedure from yepme i thought that they will refund(as like other e-commerce site) i tried making e-mail(customer.care@yempe.com) but this email id is out of service that why i called the yepme cc they told me after 21days you will get your full refund amount, but the thing its already more than 30days i did not received any kind of amount from yepme by making calls to these people i just lost my mobile currency that it they always telling they will put the amount with in 2days but no. Today i called 3time each time i lost my currency only they said they will connect with their higher authority but nothing was happened by putting some music and the call was discounted after 3min.
This type of service they are giving to their customer with offer to loose currency.
