Bad shopping experience.(Worst). Review on Yepme

I have not expected that today I will review some negatively for yepme company.I have more expectations on yepme for its branding and ad strategy.So as part of daily activities, I am need of purchasing cloths for festival, so I decided to order some shirts for me through yepme.as usually I have verified my pin code in that website .it has shown that COD is available in your are. area .

I  felt very happy.Company has sent me an message to my phone saying that your order has been placed.So I am eagerly waiting.They has given expected date of arrival .

Now the process of proble has started. expected date has passed away.No meesage was given to me about order staus.In website it is not showing order status.None of the company reperesntatives responded about this.They fooled me .Even single response or message has not came to my phone.This shows their negligency.Such type of shopping sites must be banned.You users, must think what would be happened if I have paid earlier before product reaching home, My money will lost.I am unhappy with this.
