It happened two days back when I booked a return cab from Kondapur to Tank Bund for a three hours package. I forgot my wallet in the cab while getting down.
I had 1100 rupees while boarding but when I got down, I had only 500 rupees left. I asked driver if somebody sat in the cab, for which he said no. Obviously he will not say he stole! We met with an accident while our journey and cab lost its bumper too.
Third thing is, he charges us for 45 kilometers while per google map and GPS, we covered only 40.5 kms. The moment we got back home, I called up yellow taxi representative who said higher officials will talk to us soon. We never received any call, representative did not give any complaint number either.
We were asked to pay for more number of kilometers, we met with an accident (with our 2 years old kid) plus we got robbed of 600 rupees. And plus their inactive customer care center.
Pathetic these guys are!
