I am using this service for quite a long period. Every day we book cab for office (to and fro).One good thing about the service is they are prompt. Some times they will say that cab broke down, ofcourse they won't intimate you about this, You have to call them and enquire. I had a best practice which is working for me, I will call the customer care before 20 mins of the schedule and enquire. If vehicle is broke down then they will arrange for next possible timeslot. But this is not regular.
One day they informed me that the charges are revised and the revised charges are 1hr - 20km - Rs 200/-I thought this is also fine. Yesterday when I was travelling in the peak traffic time it took me 1hr 15min (distance 17km). Driver was telling me that they entered into the second slab 2hr - 40km. And he charged me Rs 300/- (he told me that he gave me a discount of 50/- instead of charging 350/- he charged 300/-).
While coming back it took 1hr 40 min and I was charged 350/-. So I thought of getting the actual tariff from the customer care.I spoke to two people and got different responses. One guy was telling that if it takes more time then we have to pay the waiting charge and another guy was telling that the package will change.
One customer care representative even told me that the charges collected were 200/-. This is surprising I paid 300/- and the cc representative is telling me that no, thats 200/-
Even customer care is not clear of what to be charged .... or as the incident is already happened they are trying to pretend that what ever happened is correct ..
The way the customer care responded is pathetic. Lack of sense and very rude.
Instead we can opt meru cabs which is reliable.If I book a cab for 17km then Meru will charge me 17*15 = 255 and lets say there is some waiting due to traffic jam or what ever you will pay that for that .... for a delay of say 55mins then you will end up paying 55/- as waiting charges.
So it sums upto 300/- (17 km + 55 mins waiting). For sure this will be cheaper when compared to yellow taxi :) and you will get a Logan with neat and clean vehicle and very good service
