I booked a cab with booking no. 458 from Yellow Cabs on 7th Dec 2013. I being a regular customer again booked another cab but was totally disgusted to receive a very bad service and treatment. I booked an Indica and was sent an Indigo AP10TV1357.
But I knew that that might be because an Indica was not available as I faced same sort of situation earlier. So I boarded the cab. After reaching my destination the driver charged me the amount for an Indigo, I contacted their customer care and was informed that I will have to pay the Indica price.
Now when I said the same to the driver the driver Shaik Masood started misbehaving and started using abusive language. And he said whatever he wanted to say to me about the luggage's and what not. Its not about the 100 Rs that was charged extra from me but the service and the profanity used by the driver. And Yellow Cabs instead of dealing with my issue started repeating the same story what the driver was narrating to them.
I should add some more points:
1.Careless driving by the driver, almost got into a fight on the way with another vehicle driver.
2.They charge for luggage if the driver says anything to the customer care about your luggage, when there is no mention of any luggage charge in their website or on the phone also no information about that.
- Sending a bigger vehicle when asked for an indica and charging high has become a trend in yellow cabs, I faced this situation 3 times including this time.
NOTE: PLEASE AVOID YELLOW CABS AND THE VEHICLE NO. 'AP10TV1357' STRICTLY IF THE DRIVER IS SAME AS MENTIONED ABOVE AND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET INSULTED.
