YellAdworks is a multimedia advertising company which works for the success of its own software and book product with highly skilled production teams – responsible for creating Book Ads and Internet Ads, Software Development and Delivery – responsible for developing the software to support the driving product and Testing. These major components of the company are take care by the person who believes YellAdworks as his family and make a way into the same feeling to each employee through his subordinates.
YellAdworks is one of a kind company where I get to see implausible support from peers and Team Leads/management with whom I have worked so far in my career. Each TL and Manager holds good relationship with subordinates to support them and guide them to excel. Highly skilled management group identifies the capabilities of its employees and presents with more Responsibilities and Opportunities.
I believe it’s a splendid place to learn about advertising/new media related technologies in an enjoyable work environment. In my opinion, company pays special interest to the employees who can explore more and excel in the area which adds values to the company and to self. Special contributions to the team, product is recognized companywide with POB and quarterly/yearly awards.
Company believes in giving couple of chances to everyone to correct the mistakes done and see the improvements than handling the situations harshly. One needs to have the basic maturity level and understanding to perceive given responsibility to excel more and to be aligned with the company goals. Self benefit/bad attitude oriented mindset will definitely not work out in YellAdworks.
