We went in group of 6 for a weekend outing from bangalore on march 27th 2009. We boarded Bhagmati express at 9:00am from SBC junction and reached to Jolarpet station at 11:00 am.We had booking of Sterling resort there in yelagiri which turned out to be a bad choice when we reached there and saw the rooms n location.
Then we asked our cab driver who was from some other travel agency to take us to O'Nila resort which was much better than what I expected.Though I got to know that we came here at wrong time as this was OFF season for ny hill station TN, but still since we 6 ppl were there group so had real fun .Most of the time we spent in resort only paying cricket, badminton then swimming, bon fire.
What not !!!we enjoyed thoroughly though food was OK kinda only breakfast was really gud.For food there is no other options.And if you wanna go to market or somewhere else u can take lift from the tempo valahs. In sightseeing nothing much was thr as expected so we checked out from hotel n roam around the lake and Nature's park which I found tobe very neat n clean as compared to any park in b'lore.
In evening 6:45pm we started by Lalbagh express and reached B'lore by 8:45 or so. Overall gud resort to enjoying about place :don't go in off season it can be hot like bangalore itself. P.S. Dont go with the pics on site for accommodation Its good as any very low budget hotel in b'lore!!
