Yehbi.com No.1 Fraud in the industry. Review on Yebhi

Don't be fascinated by the super offers and discount provided by this yebhi.com. I tell you this is the no. 1 fraud shopping site based on India. Let me explain what happened to me. I payed 30K for a samasung galaxy note+ case on December second last week with a 10% discount. This guys shipped the order only after 7 days and I got the package on Jan 6th. When I opened the package I could see nothing but few paper printed yebhi.com,

There wasn't even a phone box. at the moment itself I called up the yebhi.com customer care and registered a complaint. I send the photos of what I got. and they told me they will investigate and get back to me in 48 hrs, and they never did, I have been on phone with so many customer care people and the keep on explaining what is my issue and they keep tell me that they will call me back. trust me these guys never called me back though told me dozen times that a call back has been arranged for you. Today yebhi.com told me that they dispatched the item correctly and they cant do anything about it. So I have decided to go consumer court with this. and request all other looking forward to try yebhi.com.

The customer care people are really stupid they cant even speak proper English, they keep inserting Hindi words in between. And DO NOT trust their 'we will arrange a call back for u' trick they never will, keep hold the line till its resolved.

One of my colleague told me about this site he bought some shoe from them, the yebhi.com was a shoe merchant later turned into yebhi.com. They do not value for your money., time.

I don't want to pin point this issue on one person, but my friends please avoid Mr. Amit miglani, they says he is a manager in the office, he is very irresponsible person, if somehow you caught up with him please ask for some other person, Not all people in the customer care are bad, there is one Mr. abhishek singh he is helpful.

For those who are desperately want buy something from this site, always choose cash on delivery as option and open the package and check all the items are inside and they are original( I read other reviews saying yebhi.com send duplicate instead of branded product). Handover the cash to the person only after verification. Trust me these guys are really bad. They are shame to most blooming online business in india.

After posting this reply over here one person named Manoj yadav( am not sure this is his real name I have no choice to believe him).He introduced to me as he is representative from fraud control unit, and he asked for details of my case, I explained to him all I know. after that I send him email with innvoice that is the only thing I got.He promised me he will register a complaint with the police and find who stole the phone.After two days I called him to know the status. nothing special he promise it is going on. Last two week I have been trying to contact him, either of these three things will happen.

1. He will hand over his phone to his friend and ask him to tell that "manoj is not on the floor and he is outside. will make an call back as soon he come back". The stupid guy is big liar, see I have been calling to his mobile number not his yebhi.com customer care or his desk phone tell me who leaves his mobile phone on the cubicle while going out, oh it can happen may be he forgot. tell me will he forget to take mobile phone three times with in a week?

   
   




2. He will take call and tell me that he on discussion with fraud control team, then I asked him is he in fraud control team but he said he is customer care representative, poor chap forgot that he told me he is from fraud control unit, last time when I got chance to hear his voice he told me they have forwarded the request to all the operators, so asked him did they register a police complaint? he replied no they didnt. so I asked how come operators accepted the request? to this he didnt have a reply. Then he started acting like a big tech guy saying that they have contacted samsung and samsung will use GPS to track the phone.See how stupid he is, he have no idea how a GPS system work. Then I told him that I know what is GPS and how it work, and asked him to stop being a stupid. To this he kept it mouth shut and promised me he will register police complaint and I told him to send me a copy of the FIR.

   
   




3. This is the real professional response from yebhi.com, after two three ring he will cut the phone switch it off. really?

   
   

This makes me sure that yebhi is biggest fraud in the industry. Their business strategy is like this they will send amazing offers like 10% off and when the payment is done, either they will send you empty box or damaged product or refurbished item. If you don't believe me check out the reviews in mouthshut itself. With this huge profit they make they hire people if they can speak English barely they will be put to call center and if they can write english well then they put to write fake reviews on internet, just look at the words in the positive reviews in here itself, a sensible person will understand.

The reason I made this edit is I came across the new yebhi.com got customer and loyalty award from AIMIA, I am not sure how much they paid for the award. But here is my first congrats to yebhi.com.
