Yebhi.com is one of the worst portal I have come across.
Would recommend to refrain to shop from this site for various reasons listed below. I should have visited Mouthshut before doing shopping - my mistake.
I had ordered cover for ipad mini and they didn't deliver in 1 week time(promised), when I followed up after 2 -3 weeks they said product not available and hence money credited in your account. I understood it as my credit card but after another 2 weeks they said it is in your stupid Yebhi account and now it's been 30 days so you can't get on your card.
I was asked to do shopping. I had forgotten PW and for last 1 month their portal gives a link that does not work to reset PW and their customer care does not understand anything that I try to explain(may be I am not able to). Reply to mails are also with list of std policy.
I am not surprised by all the bad reviews and owner / management of the portal is utterly shameless to continue to fool people. Not much time before closure I guess.
