Order id YBH3228470 for samsung galaxy s duos mobile placed on 7-3-13 till date status is in process. Customer care people keeps playing tune of wait for 7 days which is already exceeded. Nobody bothers to reply the mail.
When asked to speak to a senior, it is informed that they are not authorized to do so. Rubbish! then I am being asked to wait for 3 more days since they are doing a great favor by taking my complaint. Lets see if they read this and act on it.
