Order not shipped from 10 days. Issue resolved. Review on Yebhi

Hi,

I have been shopping from Yebhi from last year. other than a few issues here and there everything was smooth until I orderd a mixer grinder on 27 Oct. Order number: YBH732699. Its been 10 days and they have not even shipped the order yet. as per their website they commit to ship all orders in 2- 3 days but it my case order is still stuck in "verified" state.

The worst part when it comes to yebhi is their customer service. They have the most horrible service I have witnessed from any E commerce website. Each time I call them, a rep assures me that my product will get shipped in 24 hrs but nothing happens and I have to call them back again and I will be given the same fake promise again with a new complaint number but no resolution. Since I was so upset with their phone support I thought I will give their email support a try  and got an auto reply that they will reply to me email within 24 hours. it;s been 5 days since and no reply yet to my email yet. They do not even have the courtesy to call their customer back and tell them why their product is not even shipped in 10 days.

This would be perhaps one of the most horrible service I have got from any online shopping website. Yebhi perhaps has one of the best prices but their service is so pathetic that I will never buy any product from them nor will recommend them to anyone again.

UPDATE( as of 14th november):  Finally someone from yebhi called me after 15 days of placing the order and informed me that the article I ordered( Bajaj Mixer grinder) is not in stock and they would send me a Philips mixer grinder instead.  as they promised they shipped the product on the same day but I have not received yet. As per their tracking remarks it says " Customer not available" at address which is a false information. They said they would deliver it by 12 pm but they never showed up and they wanted the customer to collect the item from their office which is 6 kms away. I hope yebhi will delivery the product as they promised rather than giving me more runaround.
