Awaiting answer from last 4 days. Review on Yebhi

This is in response to your concern regarding Order number YBH2005648.
It’s true that GVs are as good as cash and you can use multiple GVs in one single order, however, GV used by you are a part of Marketing Campaign.
Now, with respect to the Corporate/Marketing GVs, we had already shared the T&Cs with you before, on 18th July (over email). We are sharing the same again below
• Corporate Gift Vouchers are part of the one-time marketing campaign.
• Corporate Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on any electronics and gold jewelry.
• One customer can only redeem one gift voucher per order; any attempt to use multiple gift vouchers on a single order shall result in cancellation of the order without notice. No substitute voucher shall be issued against any order.
• Yebhi reserves the right to extend or terminate any/all offers provided with the Corporate Gift Voucher from time to time without prior notice
• Yebhi reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/ alter /modify / change or vary all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer(s) provided the Corporate Gift Voucher from time to time by another offer(s), whether similar to the modified/deleted offer or not , or to withdraw the said offer(s) altogether.
• All disputes if any, arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer(s) provided with the gift voucher from time to time or otherwise relating to the Corporate Gift Voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Delhi irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• No reimbursement of vouchers will be permissible if, on relevant date, the order has been withdrawn or cancelled or is liable to be cancelled or if there is any breach of any clause of the detailed Yebhi Terms and Conditions. (and that is why, you didn’t got your GV back)
• Yebhi's computation of voucher redemption shall be final, conclusive and binding on the user and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned, save and except in case of manifest error.
We are sorry, to be not able to extend the benefit of FREE SHOPPING at Yebhi.com further. You are welcome to pay and shop like several thousand other customers do with us every day and we would resolve any of your concerns which arise from that.
It was, at our discretion and towards customer delight that we chose to honor other orders that you had placed using the Corporate/Marketing GVs.
