I am honestly so thrilled with yebhi.com that I regret having tried any other website at all. This comes from someone who has tried out so many other online shopping sites - Letsbuy (back when it wasn't bought out by Flipkart)

And I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed by Yebhi.com. I have already ordered another product through them!
I was quite excited about the "Try N Buy" option which said I could order 2 sizes of the same pair of shoes and take the one which fits me and return the other with the courier person. (Be aware that the Try N Buy option is available only for selected pincodes which you can check on the site. My guess is - any big city should have it and most tier 2 cities too.) I always go for the last size on any footwear, so that's never a problem for me anyway.
Okay, so I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Yebhi as part of my endless quest for decent footwear. I was honestly amazed by how quick the shoes were shipped out! For an order I placed at 1:30 AM, the product was sent out at 9:30 AM! If that's not lightning fast, what else is?! I received the shipment barely 48 hours later! All the way from Gurgaon to Chennai! Wooohoooo!
I received an SMS from Yebhi at every point to inform me of the status, i.e. "Your order has been placed successfully", "Your product has been shipped out and the airway bill number is:" and the best of all - "Our Yebhi Champ XXXX (name) is on the way to your shipping address. His mobile number is XXXXXXXXXXX. Please inform him in case of change of schedule or non-availability" which was beyond helpful! I called and co-ordinated with the courier person what time I'd be at home to try the shoes. And he arrived promptly with the 2 orders and waited patiently as I opened the two packages and tried the shoes on. I wasn't happy with the size on one of them, which I promptly returned immediately and paid for the other pair which fit me absolutely perfectly!!!!! If this isn't excellent service, nothing else is!
No other website has offered such quick shipping and so much transparency/information for tracking (Yebhi has its own delivery system with an independent tracking website which lists out the status at every step, much like the Fedex tracking which says 'Left the warehouse', 'Bagged for transit to destination hub', etc and even lists out the courier person's name (the same one which is sent to you by SMS.) I have been blown away by Yebhi's fantastic service and excellent product quality! I don't think I'll ever buy anything from any other website as long as it's available on Yebhi! Man, I never thought I'd ever wax eloquent about an online shopping site, but Yebhi has surprised me. Pleasantly! :)
I've ordered a Morphy Richards Hair Straightener on Yebhi now, barely 2 days after the delivery of my shoes. As usual, it was sent out of the warehouse 9 hrs after placing the order and now, about 21 hours after order placement, the status says it has already reached the destination. The next step will be sending it out for delivery, which means I'll once again receive it within 48 hours. Kudos to you, Yebhi! I really hope you can keep up with the ever-increasing number of customers who will soon be clamoring for your excellent service.
