Issues when product returned, finally resolved

Thank you mouthshut.com for getting a speedy response from Yebhi.com and resolving the issue. I had ordered a bag from the site on 24-Oct-11 which I received on 28-Oct-11. The Bag was torn. So I immediately order for return and money back. They received the product back on 31-Oct-11. There return policy is that to return the money in 72 hours. But it has been two weeks and I fail to get a response from them. Every day I call and get the same reply that in next 24-48 hours, I will get the refund. On trying to escalate the matter, it doesnt help cos I get the same reply and in the last call the escalation team even said nothing can be done except wait for next 48 hours and then disconnected the call.


This is what they call as no question asked return policy. True they didnt ask me any question while returning and neither are they returning my money. Then why do they need to ask any questions if the money is with them. It is really frustrating to keep calling them everyday for my money and they just keep saying next 24-48 hours.


Finally after my posting on mouthshut.com, My issue was resolved in matter of 4 hours which was pending since two weeks.
