Beware of Yebhi.com as it has been more than a month and my order no. YBH2980922 is yet to be delivered. I had ordered a bottle of perfume through Yebhi (biggest mistake of my life) for which I have been following up with the customer care excec, floor superviors(Mustesan Siddiqui. Karan Sharma) and Worst Customer Service Manager--Amit Miglani but they have not been able to deliver the order citing some or the other reason. Though I could have cancelled the order in the first 5 days itself but I wanted to check how low can the Yebhi Customer Service go and
Trust me, the Yebhi team can stoop to any level. As you can see it has been more than a month and no one has bothered to resolve this issue even after calling them so many times. Guys, pls do not order on Yebhi.com as they would make you refer to the time given while ordering anything(in my case the time given to me was 15 days) and if the product is unavailable then they would not make it a point to inform the customer but they can cancel the order..so guys it is a suggestion.
Please do the purchases on your on risk if you have the time of atleast more than 1 month.
